Based in Columbia, SC, Plan Benefit Services, Inc. (PBS) has been managing employee benefits for employers for almost thirty years. Our target market is employer-groups with one hundred or more employees with employee concentration in the southeastern United States. Our focus is to work with employers who recognize the need and the importance of a quality organization to service and assist in the management of their employee benefits.
Plan Benefit Services, Inc. believes in the concept of specialization.
Our employees can better serve our customers by specializing in explicit areas rather than attempting to focus in all areas. For this reason we have developed separate departments to handle specialized areas. Each of these departments is staffed by seasoned veterans in their area of specialization and includes: sales, internal customer support, external customer support, account renewals, COBRA administration, eligibility data management, multi-media productions and administration.

We go to great lengths to ensure that we consistently exceed our customers' expectations. This has been proven time and time again by the "excellent" ratings given to us by our customers through our semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys.

Once hired, continuous education procedures are implemented to help each individual achieve higher levels of accomplishment and understanding within their departments.
